Terms of Service & SaaS Agreement
The legal terms governing your subscription, terminal usage, cashier quotas, and service availability on RealPOS.
By provisioning a store or utilizing the RealPOS cloud platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Account Provisioning & Security
You agree to provide true, accurate information when registering your tenant store. You are responsible for safeguarding your master administrator credentials and assigning appropriate role permissions to cashiers.
2. Subscription Billing & Renewals
RealPOS plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Services continue uninterrupted as long as renewal invoices are settled. You may cancel your subscription at any time without punitive termination fees.
3. Store Quotas & Scaling
Each plan tier (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) includes specified allocations for registers, branches, and product SKUs. RealPOS does not penalize inadvertent overages, but requires plan adjustments when quotas are exceeded consistently.
4. Platform Availability
We guarantee 99.99% cloud uptime. In the rare event of cloud disruptions, local terminal offline caching ensures your counters continue processing cash and offline card sales without pause.
